Aerobic Treatment by SBR Method (German Technology) This system is offered with minimal auxiliary and operational costs and without volume limitations. These packages, available in two models with underground polypropylene tanks for small volumes and prefabricated concrete tanks for larger volumes, treat sanitary sewage and are capable of meeting all environmental standards for reuse. The system includes the following sections: 1. Two-Part Polypropylene/Concrete Tank Depending on the volume of incoming sewage, these packages use one or multiple polypropylene or concrete tanks with varying capacities up to 27 cubic meters per day. For larger volumes, concrete tanks are utilized. 2. Transfer Mechanism and Aeration Diffuser The transfer of treated wastewater and sludge between basins is carried out by a pumping mechanism designed based on the air lift technique. This mechanism is accompanied by one or more aeration diffusers that distribute air at the bottom and activate microorganisms. 3. Control Panel The control panel box consists of an intelligent electronic kit for system management and operation, and a compressor for aeration. It is produced in two types, outdoor and indoor.
